Hairspray star Brittany Snow, 21, hsrecently told MTVU.com about how she first began dieting at age 12.She has decided to speak about her 9 year struggle with anorexia. Snow was not yet a teenager when she began acting on “Guiding Light.”
She says, “I remember looking around at all these women who were on the soap opera who were working out and dieting.”She declared that things got out of control trying to follow up the ladies around her. She said that things went “to the extreme,” at one point eating only pineapple for two months.
The compliments that followed up after losing 10 pounds kept nourishing her appetite for getting thinner and thinner. She told MTVU.com, “It kind of progressed into this thing where I needed to always be dieting and losing weight and more weight. It became my life and I didn’t have any friends and this was definitely my best friend and I held on to it really tight.”
Brittany’s anorexia eventually progressed until she weighed only 85 pounds at 15. “I knew that was a really low number and I knew that my hair was falling out and I had really weird skin,” she admits. “My face looked really weird and I was getting this fuzz on my face and I was always cold – always to the point of uncontrollably shaking. I was more scared that 85 lbs. wasn’t good enough. I wanted to be lower.”
She even declared that at one point she started to cut herself. She weighed herself up to 15 times per day.She explains, “I would look at the scars and what I had done to myself and that would convince me not to eat…I also was crying for attention and I also really wanted someone to see my scars and help me and give me a hug.”
Snow entered a rehab program at 19 and has her problem under control, “but the eating stuff was still really hard to deal with,” she says. “It’s still a struggle.”

The rehab-ing actress is a drug thief!
Steve-O says ‘Mean Girls’ star Lindsay Lohan – who is currently in rehab being treated for drug and alcohol abuse – came to his house and left with a bag of his drugs, which he refers to as a “Boog Suge”.
The Jackass star revealed on the Howard Stern show Wednesday morning that Lohan once stole his coke
“Lindsay had left her wallet in my bathroom and she came back to my place to get it and while she was there she took a Boog Suge home with her too.
“I haven’t heard from her since she went to rehab.”
The ‘Jackass’ star even has proof Lindsay was at his house because she signed a release form for a DVD he was filming there at the time.
Meanwhile, Lindsay’s mother Dina Lohan has denied reports her daughter is leaving rehab.
Lindsay Lohan needs to work on her manners, in addition to her addictions!

Can’t a lady be a little bit fluffyer than the usual without everybody saying that she’s pregnant?
Eva Mendes was spotted leaving a pre-natal yoga class earlier this week and she looks a bit more curvaceous than usual. So…here we go again.
Is Eva Mendes pregnant? Well, she doesn’t want to be! This is what she declared in an interview for the new issue of Gotham magazine, the Cuban-American actress says she doesn’t believe in marriage and has no desire to have children…at least not any time soon.
Gotham: Is it harder to have a relationship with someone in or outside of the business?
Eva Mendes: Well, I have a boyfriend, George Augusto who’s actually my producing partner. He’s in the business so he totally gets the traveling thing and being away. We just make it work. And sometimes it works to your benefit to be away because you come back and you’re so excited to be together. It’s almost like those little breakups are fun to keep the spark. So it’s not always a bad thing.
G: I read that you’re not into marriage as an institution.
EM: Yeah, I totally believe in having a soul mate. I love the idea of being committed to the same person; I’m a romantic in that way. But my boyfriend and I think marriage is antiquated. And we think it’s so unfair that it isn’t legal in this country for consenting adults- no matter what their gender or sexual preference is- to get married. The idea of union is fantastic, but the actual ceremony isn’t appealing to me. I never wanted the big wedding.
G: Never?
EM: No, and I don’t know if I ever want kids, so I’m kind of a weirdo in that way.
G: Maybe you just haven’t been hit with the maternal instinct yet.
EM: I’m 32, shouldn’t it have hit me by now? I’m not saying I never want kids, because who knows? I don’t want to sound like an idiot, and someday, you’ll be like, “Remember when I interviewed you in 2007 and now it’s 2008, and you’re pregnant with twins?â€

Michelle Rodriguez, the LOST in jail danger?
It’s Michelle Rodriguez’ time to face jail danger because she has failed to fulfill the terms of her probation in a DUI case . The L.A. City Attorney filed documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday stating that Rodriguez has violated her probation repeatedly and she needs to make amends…or else!
The LA City Attorney’s office announced yesterday. “She hasn’t shown proof of completion of her 30 days of community service,” said a city spokesperson. “She could face jail time, but it’s up to the judge.” The City Attorney’s office alleges that Rodriguez turned in a false document showing that she’d completed one day of service on September 25, court filings show. However, the actress later stated that she was in New York on that date.
Michelle has been arrested on a variety of crimes, including hit and run, driving with a suspended license and DUI.
According to the documents, Rodriguez violated her probation numerous times by not performing community service and not following her alcohol monitoring program.Michelle’s lawyer said, “We believe this is all due to a clerical error. My client did complete the full 30 days.”
All in all, if Ms. Rodriguez fails to accept responsibility for her actions and fails to admit that she is in violation of her probations … she will be ordered to serve the maximum sentence .
That means she could be forced to spend as much as 537 days in L.A. County Jail!!!!
Let’s hope she has plenty of $ and some pretty good lawyers.

Playboy has offered Denise Richards and Pamela Anderson $1 million dollars to pose nude together. It wouldn’t be the first time either of them posed for the mag. Denise did a spread for Playboy in 2004 and Pamela basically made her career off of them.
Do you think that it would it be such a good ideea to see them together, now that Pam has transformed into a walking mummy? Ok, I know that she had her age of glory, but as it usually happens after the climax, here comes the downfall. However, Pam gets stubborn about this and refuses to keep her clothes on. According to OK magazine, Katharine McPhee, the American Idol veteran is engaged. We know that she has been having this cupidonish love story with Nick Cokas for almost 2 years now.They have decided to make things official.
The 23-year-old singer and her actor beau,Nick Cokas, 42, are going to tie the knot (presumably next year) and yes their age is right.Nick is originally from San Francisco but currently lives in Los Angeles (like Katharine). Kiefer Sutherland Charged with DUI and possible jail time
Kiefer Sutherland, the star of “24,” has recently been charged with driving under alcohol influence, by the L.A. city attorney’s office. Things aren’t so pink for the actor, because Sutherland was recently arrested while still on probation for a drunk driving arrest. This unfortunate took place back in 2004.
And now he’s looking at possible jail time from anywhere between four days and a year, according to Nick Velasquez, representative for the city attorney’s office, who also had this to say:
“We also charged him with a second DUI offense within 10 years, which we believe also violates the terms of his probation.”
Mr. Kiefer Sutherland, you’ve been a bad, bad celebrity!It’s absolutely amazing how these irresponsible starlets, driving around recklessly in their SUVs and endangering those drivers and pedestrians around them, seem to hope that they’ll get away unpunished on a daily basis.
I’m sure that no one would like to be in his shoes now. It’s jail epidemic in Hollywood so I’m advising you to stay away from this area, at least until Lohan will be put away forever.

It seems that the rumor about Angelina Jolie being fired as the face of St. John is not true at all and has no foundation. A spokesperson for the company declared to US Weekly that the actress/activist/mother of four is still on the payroll. She will continue to represent the company and lead their spring campaign also, after happily finishing the current campaign.
“Rumors that St John has fired Angelina Jolie are untrue,” the company’s spokesperson tells Us. “She appears in the current St John’s campaign and she will appear in the upcoming Spring campaign as well.”"Angelina Jolie embodies so many qualities of what St. John represents,” said Cohen. “She is strong, independent and dynamic. I’ve written before about this new hot Hollywood couple. The two stars still keep the announcement on pause, not wnting to admitt that they are together. Come on already! With Milo Ventimiglia’s “It Boy” status on the rise, the rumors about his love life have been reaching maximum level. Especially this rumor, that he’s dating his “Heroes” co-star Hayden Panettiere. According to their “Heroes” co-star James Kyson Lee, that rumor is not true.
The actor, who plays Ando Masahashi on the NBC drama, insisted that 18-year-old Hayden (Claire Bennet) and 30-year-old Milo (Peter Petrelli) would not consider getting together because of the age gap between them.
“The rumour is not true. Let’s just end it there,” James is quoted by WENN as saying.
“I think we were just surprised because they’re 12 years apart – for people to even conceive that. I know there have been a lot of jokes, Hayden turning 18 and what-not. At some point, you just have to let it go, and respect their privacy.”
So there is still hope or all of us, the mortals who dream about having as s partner Milo or Hayden…not on the set, of course, but in out love lifes.
