You may remember Skinny Bitch as the book that had been languishing on the book shelves for a year and a half, until that fateful day on May 18, 2007, when Victoria Beckham joined the book club when she picked up her own copy of the book.

Posh Spice has the Midas touch, because after that photo went in the magazines, on entertainment shows, it sky-rocketed to the top of the New York Times best seller list! Sales reportedly went up 37,000 percent after Vicky’s Midas touch, and yes, you read that number right!

Maybe sales will re-surge now that Alba has it now too! Jessica might not reach Posh about the part with “skinny” but she definetely may be a natural b***.

Dina Lohan might be the nerviest woman alive. Lindsay Lohan’s mom begins filming her new reality show for E! next week. The untitled show, as of now, is set to center around Dina and her younger daughter, Alli, as she manages Lindsay’s sister’s acting and singing career.

“There are so many misconceptions about me and my family,” Dina told People. “I’m setting the record straight.”

Mother Lohan is the executive producer of the show, so I’m sure she’ll portray herself in the most flattering light. Here’s her speech about how to make the world a better place:

“It’s about empowering women to be successful single mothers. About being in the limelight without compromising motherhood. It’s about what I do, how you can be successful, and be a single mom and fulfilling your kids’ dreams. Working is my sole source of income.”

I can’t even believe the set on this woman. Her daughter was just in rehab — three times — for drugs, alcohol and what-not, but, somehow, Dina managed to have time to score a television show all about herself. The woman has issues.

The new show starts filming on October 30, which is perfect, considering that’s when the witches are at their best.

I admit that I never thought that Catherine Zeta Jones was a hot babe, but she does have that “je ne sais quoi” which makes us all turn our heads. Recently she proudly presented her new toned physique which left on-lookers stunned when she arrived at a charity event.

When asked about the Hollywood obsession with weight, the former ‘West End’ dancer said that she thought the race to get slim soon after having a baby was ‘awful’.

“My muscles have memory from the time I danced, and it’s quick for me to get back in shape, but I’m not fanatical,” the Daily Mail quoted her, as saying.

“I grew up with dancers, anorexia and other disorders were common, so I learned how to deal with [diets] without losing my limit,” she said.

“I think it’s awful, this competition in the U.S. between actresses who just had a baby, to see who’s first to get back to their normal weight. It’s insane. I find this wave of super-skinny women scary,” she added.

A source tells Us Weekly that Nicole Richie, 26, teases Joel Madden, 28, about his two-and-a-half-year relationship with singer-actress Hilary Duff, 20.

“She will ask if he’s going to watch Lizzie McGuire DVDs or listen to Hilary’s albums,” says the source. “Joel tells her she’s being out of line.”

She must be threatened by Hilary’s class, because it’s something Nicole is lacking.

At least Hilary has never been a blazing cokehead, she never hung out with Paris Hilton, and she doesn’t need attention from the paparazzi to make her feel legitimate. She actually has a real career.

Nicole has some serious confidence issues. As we all know anorexics have major body image problems, coke whores tend to use to feel adequate, and women who hate on other women generally don’t have any love for themselves.

Do you really think Nicole that Joel will invest also 2 and a half years from his life in a relationship with you, as he did with Hilary? One can only dream of…

Paris Hilton has been asked not to come to Rwanda and her much-hyped forthcoming trip to Rwanda has been postponed.The Simple Life star was due to make a charity visit to the African nation with members of the Playing for Good Foundation next month and shoot scenes for a new reality TV show there.

A statement from the Playing for Good Foundation reads, “Due to the restructuring of the Playing for Good Foundation, the philanthropic trip to Rwanda that the foundation had previously planned with Paris Hilton has been postponed.

“Paris has been a loyal and gracious supporter of Playing for Good, but the foundation has to regrettably reschedule this trip. Playing for Good would like to thank Ms. Hilton for her generosity and her continued support of this initiative and is looking forward to rescheduling the trip with her at a later time.”

The ‘Sex and the City’ actress,has just been named the world’s unsexiest woman by Maxim magazine, in the online poll by men’s website maxim.com.Ouch!

In a scathing attack on the 42-year-old actress, Maxim.com writers – who compiled the poll – likened Sarah Jessica to famous US racehorses Barbaro and Secretariat and insisted they would rather get up close and personal with her ‘Sex and the City’ co-star Chris Noth.

One Maxim.com writer said: “How the hell did this Barbaro-faced broad manage to be the least sexy woman in a group of very unsexy women and still star on a show with “sex” in the title?

“Pull your skirt down, Secretariat, we would rather ride your co-star Chris Noth!”

Troubled British singer Amy Winehouse – whose beehive hair and prominent eyeliner has been copied by teenage girls worldwide – finished in second place.

Another Maxim.com writer revealed: “When we first heard this chick boast about her reluctance to go to rehab we thought, now there is a girl we can party with! But upon beholding her openly hemorrhaging translucent skin, rat´s nest mane and lashes that look more like surgically attached bats, we were the ones screaming, ‘Nooo, nooo, nooo!’ ”

‘Grey’s Anatomy’ star Sandra Oh is in third place, while 49-year-old “menopausal” singer Madonna finished fourth and was ridiculed for her adoption of Malawi boy David Banda.

The survey said of Madonna: “Madonna traded pioneering sexuality for, like other old Jewish women, self-righteous bellyaching and rapid postnuptial deterioration.

“Combine a Paris Hilton-like pet accessorizing fetish – only for dirt-poor foreign babies – with a mug that looks Euro-sealed to her skull, and you’ve got Willem Dafoe with hot flashes.”

Britney Spears – whose behavior has spiraled out of control this year with her wild partying, drug taking, shaving her head and bizarre performance at the MTV Video Music Awards – rounded up top five.

One Maxim.com contributor claimed: “Britney has lost the ability to perform, but gained two kids, two useless ex-husbands, and about 23 pounds of pudge.”

Victoria Beckham went to the beauty salon on Friday. And she stayed there a really long time.Posh spent an incredible 8 hours at Jessica Galvan Hair Studio in Beverly Hills dying her blonde hair to a more natural color.

Dark-haired Posh Spice is back just in time for the Spice Girls World Tour! (Her “bob” hair trend has been reinvented as the “pob.”).In an attempt to hide her new hair color, Victoria left the salon wearing a newsboy cap.

Mrs. Beckham has had her hair dyed blonde for exactly eight month. She went blonde back on February 27th and blonder the month after. So nowthe winter is coming and she has to come back to a darker colour. Personally I love more her brunette look than the blonde one. Maybe she’ll get a new haircut too just to play a bit with the style trends again.

Posh and her fellow Spice Girls will kick off their world tour with a performance at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Tuesday, Dec. 4 @ 10PM ET/PT on CBS.

According to a survey by a Canadian communications company, the most talked about person in TV, radio and print news for 2007, excluding politicans, was Paris Hilton. Socialite heiress Hilton came above the Queen as the personality with the most coverage in a survey of 632 million news items across 120 countries carried out by Influence Communications.

The survey found that the story that recieved the most coverage worldwide was the war in Iraq. U:S stories dominated the news agenda worldwide, making up 33 per cent of coverage. George W. Bush leads the world leaders in terms of news coverage over the period.

However, Britney Spears could still come out on top because the survey covered the period of January to mid-September 2007.

The Fashion Group International decided to honor a few of the fashion rebels, or rule breakers, as the called them at this years Night of Stars gala in NYC. Coco Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent and Jean-Paul Gaultier, were honored last night for their cutting edge designs and taking things to the next level.

Gaultier, who was given the “Superstar” award, stood alongside his date for the evening, Lauren Bacall, as they reflected on what exactly it means to be called a rule breaker.”What are the rules?” said Jean-Paul Gaultier. “Who makes the rules?” fired back Lauren Bacall. “Exactment!” said Gaultier. “[The rules] are only the reflection of what’s happening in life, in society, so there are no real rules in fashion.”

Other “rule breakers” receiving awards last night included designers Rick Owens, Tomas Meier, Hussein Chalayan and Alber Elbaz.

“I’m very honored to be in a group of people I respect – Jean Paul Gaultier and Rick Owens, Tomas Meier and Hussein Chalayan,” said Alber Elbaz, who designs for Lanvin and has single-handedly revived the label over the past several years. “People respect your work, and you work so hard and you do so much, and when it people notice it, it’s always so great. I do what I can, I do what I know, I do what I feel. I just do! I don’t work with rules, so I don’t feel I have to break them.”
