Not only did they meet in rehab and are recovering addicts, but they both also have a criminal background too!
Giles has been arrested on a few occasions, it’s been reported.
He’s been busted for DUI and drugs!He’s been booked on suspicion of DUI (and spent 10 days in arrest) as well as suspicion of obtaining a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery or subterfuge.

Us Magazine is reporting that Lindsay’s not-so-secret rehab boyfriend Riley Giles left his fiancee for the disturbed actress - and the poor girl found out about the break up from pictures in tabloids! “Riley just stopped calling Bree [Tierney, Giles’ former fiancee] and never told her about Lindsay,” the magazine quotes the fiancee’s mom as saying. “She found out by seeing photos. It destroyed her.”The ex-fiancee of Lindsay Lohan’s new lover, Riley Giles, has come forward and is speaking about her relationship with the man that Lindsay stole from her.
Bree Tierney claims Lindsay ruined her life when she stole the man she was supposed to marry.
“Lindsay Lohan stole my fiancee and wrecked my life. I loved Riley and Lindsay stole him from me. I’ve stuck by Riley through the good and the bad. Even after a car accident in Las Vegas, when Riley was arrested and I was left at the scene. That was his third or fourth DUI. We knew then he had to get help. So he went into rehab, and I waited for him. We lived together for three years and planned on being together. But then he confirmed that he had sex with Lindsay in one of the stairwells at Cirque - that was it, we were done.”
Bree says she will never reunite with Riley. Not even after he and Lindsay are through.
She adds,
“There’s no way they are going to last. He’s just looking for publicity. He’s got Lindsay to get attention for his so-called snowboarding career. He’s using her, and she’s using him - nice, huh? But I should thank Lindsay. She ruined my life but also opened my eyes. She actually did my a favor. Riley and Lindsay are perfect for each other.”

Lindsay Lohan seems to have some kind of a curse. After problems with her family, with drugs, alcohol, justice, rehab….the list doesn’t stop here. It seems that now she doesn’t even have money to start doping again.Lindsay Lohan’s lavish and extreme lifestyle may have landed her in the actress poor house. Internet rumors are saying that in the past twelve months Lindsay has spent $7 million dollars and is now flat broke.
Here is the $7 mil breakdown: $1 million on a year’s stay at the Chateau Marmont hotel, $70,000 on tanning, $1 million on clothes, $500,000 on partying, $350,000 on cars, and $137,000 on her three trips to rehab.
Lindsay is so broke she has sold both her L.A. and NYC apartments because she couldn’t pay the mortgages, and she is now living in the guest house of Tom Gores, producer of that craptastic movie I Know Who Killed Me. Some say the only reason she is back in L.A. and not still in Utah is because she is broke and needs to make some quick cash. Ah, the life of the young, fabulous and stupid.

The rehab-ing actress is a drug thief!
Steve-O says ‘Mean Girls’ star Lindsay Lohan - who is currently in rehab being treated for drug and alcohol abuse - came to his house and left with a bag of his drugs, which he refers to as a “Boog Suge”.
The Jackass star revealed on the Howard Stern show Wednesday morning that Lohan once stole his coke
“Lindsay had left her wallet in my bathroom and she came back to my place to get it and while she was there she took a Boog Suge home with her too.
“I haven’t heard from her since she went to rehab.”
The ‘Jackass’ star even has proof Lindsay was at his house because she signed a release form for a DVD he was filming there at the time.
Meanwhile, Lindsay’s mother Dina Lohan has denied reports her daughter is leaving rehab.
Lindsay Lohan needs to work on her manners, in addition to her addictions!

There’s word that Linsday Lohan might be getting out of rehab. Well, she has already slept with everyone’s husband so she has nothing else to do…As for rehabing, well maybe some other time.
A pal of the recovering actress tells us she is set to leave rehab this weekend.She will be a free woman again!
Lohan has been staying at the Cirque Lodge in Sundance, Utah, since the first weekend in August. She was infamously carrying cocaine in her pocket during a July DUI bust, and later tested positive for the drug. Asked where she was headed on her release, the pal responded, “I don’t think she knows yet.”
She doesn’t know because she’s high as a kite. All she’s been doing for the past couple of months is bang in bathroom stalls and sneak lines.

Lindsay Lohan plans on writing a book that talks about her ‘past’ life of turbulent drug and alcohol abuse.
A source told Star, “She found solace in reading memoirs of others who suffered to overcome their addictions, and she wants to similarly put her experiences out there.”
And now we are supposed to buy all this about her beeing a new “clean” person. Doesn’t it sound a little bit like Paris Hilton after her jail episode?Claiming that she’s changed for the better and is going to inspire the world and blah, blah, blah. How many times have we heard that Lindsay is clean only to hear about her getting another DUI, showing up late while on set, sneaking drugs in rehab? I just don’t believe it.

Lindsay Lohan’s legal saga goes on and on. In addition to the many lawsuits her family has, the ghosts of the past returned in her life. I’m talking about a legal entanglement that’s pressing her at the moment (while being in rehab), the suit made against her by the other driver in her October 2005 car accident.
A judge refused Tuesday to dismiss portions of a lawsuit against the 21-year-old actress over an October 2005 accident in which her jet black Mercedes-Benz collided with a van making an U turn on the street. Superior Court Judge Michael L. Stern rejected a motion that argued the lawsuit lacked legal sufficiency, and set April 7 for the trial.
The California Highway Patrol concluded that Raymundo Ortega, a busboy, caused the accident by making an illegal U-turn, but he sued Lohan and is asking for at least $200,000 in damages. Raymundo Ortega is claiming that the star admitted to have had a couple of drinks before the accident took place. However, LInsday’s lawyers reject this story sustaining that there is no evidence of Linsady being intoxicated with alcohol. Even though the actress provided the story of her being chased by paparazzi when the accident took place, further police investigation had no prove of this being the cause of the crash.

Lindsay Lohan was arrested tonight for DUI. After Paris Hilton is now time for Lindsay Lohan to get in jail. I bet Paris told Lohan how good was the publicity for her, and now like a good friend, Lindsay took advantage of her best friend advice. It’s a whole celebrities gone wild thing I guess.
