Eminem’s wife seeks financial support & joint custody
Eminem’s wife, Kim Mathers, has filed a response to the rap superstar’s divorce request, asking for financial support, attorney fees and joint custody of the couple’s 10-year-old daughter.
Her lawyer, Michael J. Smith, filed the counter-complaint last Wednesday in Macomb County Circuit Court. The filing shed no light on why the couple are divorcing, the Detroit Free Press reported on its website Tuesday.
She asks for Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III, to pay the mortgage, insurance and utilities for the couple’s Clinton Township home. And she seeks physical custody of daughter Hailie Jade Scott and child support.
I don’t blame Eminem for divorcing (the 2nd time) her after only 82 days of marriage. I think he tried to repair things and he wanted to give Hailie a mother. And so, Em chose the natural mother, a.k.a. Kim. Unfortunatelly this wasn’t the best solution, and now she tries to take his money, his child and one of his houses, the nerve on this woman. I hate her.

hailie deserves a good mother, she’s got the best father in the world. as we all know he love’s and care’s so deeply for his daughter. Kim’s bad news, she always was. Eminem’s just gonna have to hook-up with someone else that can take care of hailie. Eminem did try, i know he loved her but things can’t always be repired, if they don’t work out. at least he tryed. i’m a Huge fan of em’s and i just wanted to say good luck with this all, kim doesn’t deserve eminem ( he can do better ),
i also hate KIM..
