All sides go to war at a hearing today in which Britney’s lawyers at Trope & Trope will ask the court commissioner to fire Britney’s dad Jamie Spears as her conservator. They will challenge Jamie’s status on the fact that Britney has said she hates his dad many times before. Britney’s lawyers agree to have another “supervisor” for her; just that thi should not be her dad.Lawyers reportedly plan to bring in a bunch of witnesses to testify that she dislikes her father immensely.
Britney Spears’ psychiatric hold is up early Monday morning, and she could conceivably be released around 2 AM Monday morning. But sources are saying there’s really only a “5% chance” that she will be released and that she’s in the proper place to receive the care she needs.On Friday afternoon’s hearing, the court commissioner described a freed Britney as a “flight or kidnapping risk”. No details were given as to who might be trying nab her crazy ass, or helping her flee to the nearest Starbuck’s. But this did coincide with the restraining order against Sam Lufti. Britney’s family is hiring her personal security, something she has done away with long ago. This is one hell of a life.
